These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the services provided by The Clinics. In case of any discrepancies between these Terms and other materials presented by The Clinics to you, the Patient, these Terms will take precedence.
1. The Clinics Responsibilities
- The Clinics will ensure that a qualified Physicain/Therapist conducts your treatment.
- We will verify that the Physicain/Therapist possesses the necessary qualifications and registrations for practice.
- Obtaining information about the services and prices provided at The Clinics.
- Providing a safe environment in all The Clinics facilities, protecting you from physical and verbal assault.
- Knowing the identity of the doctors, practitioners, or specialists responsible for your care.
- Being treated with respect and dignity at all times and under all circumstances, regardless of your religion, age, or gender, and maintaining your privacy and confidentiality.
- Obtaining your written consent after receiving sufficient information prior to any procedure or surgery.
- Refusing or stopping treatment and providing you with sufficient information about the consequences of your decision and the responsibilities associated with this decision and alternative treatment options.
- Submitting a complaint regarding your health condition or the services provided, investigating and resolving it as far as possible by The Clinics.
- Protecting your property when you are unable to do so or when The Clinics undertakes to protect it.
- Obtaining a medical report and sick leave regarding your health condition in accordance with the rules and regulations applicable at MOH.
- Committing to follow-up appointments within two weeks of the first visit.
2. Your Responsibilities
- You are required to disclose all relevant medical information prior to each treatment. The Clinics is not liable for any issues arising from non-disclosure.
- You must follow all instructions regarding preparation and care for the treated areas before and after the treatment.
- The Clinics is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings.
- Following The Clinics laws and regulations, complying with the smoking ban policy in The Clinic facilities, and following all safety instructions.
- Respecting the rights of other patients and maintaining The Clinics property.
- Providing accurate and complete information to the medical team regarding your medical history.
- Keeping appointments or contacting The Clinics to cancel them when unable to attend.
Treating The Clinics staff with kindness and respect.
- Following the medical team’s instructions, complying with the treatment plan, and taking responsibility for your decision in case of refusal of treatment or refusal to follow medical instructions.
- Children must be accompanied by a parent, guardian, or caregiver while on the premises. The Clinics is not liable for any incidents involving children.
3. Appointments and Cancellations
- If you cannot attend an appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance.
- Failure to provide 48 hours’ notice may lead to the forfeiture of a fully paid treatment or a deposit.
- For laser treatments, please contact us 48 hours in advance if you have had recent sun exposure, as this may prevent safe treatment.
- Arrive at least 15 minutes before your appointment to complete any required paperwork.
- Late arrivals may result in shortened treatment time or loss of the appointment.
- Children under 16 cannot be left unattended; failure to bring an adult chaperone may result in cancellation of the appointment.
4. Deposits and Payments
- A deposit is required to secure your treatment appointment.
- Deposits are not needed for initial consultations.
- Deposits can be applied toward the treatment cost, and the remaining balance must be settled before treatment begins.
- Unused deposits will be forfeited after 12 months.
- Single treatments purchased must be used within 12 months of the purchase date.
- If you need to discontinue treatment for medical reasons, a medical report is necessary, and refunds will be calculated based on treatments already used.
5. Payments for Treatment Courses
- Full payment for treatment courses must be made at the time of booking the first session.
- All courses must be completed within 12 months of the initial purchase; extensions may apply with clinical justification.
- If financing is used, the finance company will request payment after the first treatment.
- Refunds for treatment courses are only available for medical reasons and will be calculated by deducting the cost of treatments already used.
6. Liability
- The Clinics does not limit its liability for injury due to negligence.
- We are not liable for damages resulting from your failure to disclose relevant medical information.
- The Clinics is not liable for any economic loss or indirect damages related to the services provided.
7. Complaints
The Clinics aims to provide the best possible service. If you have any concerns, please address them with The Clinics customer service manager or their designated representative promptly.
8. Confidentiality and Data Protection
- The Clinics processes client data in accordance with these Terms.
- Disclosure of client data to Clinicians and Technicians is essential for the procedure, and your consent for this is required.
- Other than required disclosures or legal obligations, we will not share your sensitive personal data with third parties.
9. Legal Jurisdiction
These Terms and the services provided will be governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, with its courts holding exclusive jurisdiction.
10. Photography
You consent to The Clinics taking before-and-after photographs of the treatment area to document the effectiveness of the treatment. These images will be stored electronically alongside your details.
