Types of chemical and AHA peels at The Clinics:
Dermamelan
Dermamelan is clinical peeling treatment (chemical peel) used to treat different types of hyperpigmentation such as:
● Melasma
● Brown spots and aging spots
● Post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation
Cosmelan
Cosmelan is a milder version of Dermamelan, both have the same active ingredient T.C.A. but in different concentrations. Cosmelan is used to treat new spots and superficial brown spots and melasma, and is more midler on the skin. Our dermatologists will assess your skin conditions and choose the right peel for you, accompanied with an at home regimen to be used after the peel to maintain the results.
Cimel peel
Cimel peel contains AHA to treat aging and brown spots, and slows the appearance of aging signs and hyperpigmentation. It contains fruity acids such as Glycolic acid and Lactic acid to rejuvenate the skin. It’s a very mild peel, and the patient can go back to work after the peel with no downtime
